Androidスマホでつなぐ（HeartOSC）Android Route (HeartOSC)

無料アプリHeartOSCを使い、Androidスマホが読んだ心拍をWi-Fi経由でVRChatへ直送します。クラウドもアカウント登録も不要で、PC側には何もインストールしません。所要10分。

The free HeartOSC app reads your monitor on an Android phone and sends the heart rate straight to VRChat over Wi-Fi. No cloud, no account — and nothing to install on the PC. About 10 minutes.

PixelPulse・PulseWatch・PulseCharm共通の接続手順です。画面例にはPixelPulseを使用しています。These connection steps apply to PixelPulse, PulseWatch and PulseCharm. Screenshots use PixelPulse as an example.

0用意するものWhat you need

  • Androidスマホ
  • Bluetooth対応の心拍計 — 例: Polar H10 / COOSPO HW9 / Mi Bandシリーズ（Mi Bandはバンド本体の「設定 → 心拍数を共有」をON）。Wear OSスマートウォッチも使えます
  • VRChatを動かしているPC（スマホと同じWi-Fiにつながっていること）
  • PIXEL PULSEを入れたアバター（導入はこちら）

HeartOSCは有志が無料公開しているオープンソースアプリです（日本語UI対応）。

  • An Android phone
  • A Bluetooth heart rate monitor — e.g. Polar H10 / COOSPO HW9 / Mi Band series (on the Mi Band, turn on "Share heart rate" in the band's own settings). A Wear OS smartwatch works too
  • The PC running VRChat, on the same Wi-Fi as the phone
  • An avatar with PIXEL PULSE installed (setup guide)

HeartOSC is a free open-source community app (Japanese/English UI).

1HeartOSCを入れるInstall HeartOSC

スマホで Google Playの HeartOSC を開いてインストールします（ストアで「HeartOSC」と検索してもOK）。無料です。

Wear OSスマートウォッチを心拍計として使う場合は、ウォッチ側にもコンパニオンアプリを入れます（Playストアの同ページから入れられます）。

On your phone, open HeartOSC on Google Play and install it (or just search the store for "HeartOSC"). It's free.

Using a Wear OS smartwatch as the monitor? Install the companion app on the watch too (available from the same Play Store page). The app UI is Japanese/English.

2心拍計とつなぐConnect your monitor

  • 心拍計を体に装着します
  • HeartOSCを起動し、Bluetooth（機種によっては位置情報も）の権限を許可します
  • スキャンに出てきた自分の心拍計を選びます
  • Put on your heart rate monitor
  • Launch HeartOSC and grant the Bluetooth permission (some devices also ask for Location)
  • Pick your monitor from the scan results

アプリに自分の心拍数（BPM）が表示されたら接続成功です。When your BPM shows up in the app, the connection is working.

心拍計をPulsoid等の他のアプリにつないだままだと出てきません。Bluetooth心拍計は同時に1つのアプリとしかつながりません。

If the monitor is still connected to another app (e.g. Pulsoid), it won't appear — BLE monitors connect to one app at a time.

3送信先のPCを設定するPoint it at your PC

まず、VRChatを動かしているPCのIPアドレスを調べます。

  • キーボードの Win + R を押します（小さな「ファイル名を指定して実行」窓が開きます）
  • 次の1行を貼り付けて Enter を押します: cmd /k ipconfig

First, find the IP address of the PC running VRChat.

  • Press Win + R (a small "Run" box opens)
  • Paste this line and press Enter: cmd /k ipconfig

黒い画面に出てくる「IPv4 アドレス」（192.168.… のような数字）がPCのIPアドレスです。複数出てきたら、いま使っている「Wi-Fi」か「イーサネット」の欄のものを使ってください。

In the black window, find "IPv4 Address" (something like 192.168.…) — that's your PC's IP. If several appear, use the one under the "Wi-Fi" or "Ethernet" adapter you're actually using.

つづいて、HeartOSCの設定に入力します。

  • OSCホスト — いま調べたPCのIPアドレス
  • OSCポート — 9000 のまま
  • 「OSCパラメータ」欄は変更不要です（初期設定のままでPIXEL PULSEが動きます）

Then enter it in HeartOSC's settings.

  • OSCホスト (OSC Host) — the PC's IP address you just found
  • OSCポート (OSC Port) — leave it at 9000
  • No parameter changes needed — PIXEL PULSE works with HeartOSC's defaults

4VRChat側でOSCを有効にするEnable OSC in VRChat

VRChatの中で、アクションメニュー（Rボタン/右スティック押し込み等）→ Options → OSC → 有効 をONにします。最初の1回だけでOKです。

In VRChat, open the Action Menu → Options → OSC → Enabled and turn it ON. You only need to do this once.

5できあがりDone!

心拍が届き始めると、ペンダントは自動で心拍ページに切り替わります。胸元で数字が動いていたら完成です。

As soon as heart rate arrives, the pendant switches to the heart rate page automatically. If the number on your chest is moving — you're done.

?うまくいかないときIf it doesn't work

  • HeartOSCに数字が出ていない → 心拍計の装着・電池・権限を確認。他のアプリが心拍計を掴んでいないかも確認（STEP 2の注意）
  • スマホとPCが同じWi-Fiか → ゲスト用SSIDや「プライバシーセパレーター」がONのルーターだと、端末同士の通信が遮断されます。同じSSIDにつなぎ直してください
  • Windowsファイアウォール → VRChat初回起動時の「アクセスを許可しますか？」でプライベートネットワークを許可していないと受信できません。Windowsセキュリティ → ファイアウォール → アプリの許可でVRChatを確認してください
  • それでもペンダントに出ない → VRChatのOSCページで「設定をリセット（Reset Config）」を押してアバターを選び直してください

  • No number in HeartOSC → check the monitor is worn, charged, and permissions granted. Also make sure no other app is holding the monitor (see STEP 2)
  • Same Wi-Fi? → guest SSIDs and routers with "AP isolation / privacy separator" block device-to-device traffic. Join the same regular SSID
  • Windows Firewall → if you didn't allow VRChat on private networks in the first-launch prompt, incoming OSC is blocked. Check Windows Security → Firewall → Allowed apps
  • Still nothing on the pendant → press "Reset Config" on VRChat's OSC page and re-select your avatar
