おすすめの心拍計Recommended heart rate monitors
心拍計そのものをまだ持っていない人向けの定番3タイプです。Bluetooth（BLE）で心拍を送信できるものなら、どのタイプでも動きます。
Don't own a monitor yet? These are the three standard types. Anything that broadcasts heart rate over Bluetooth (BLE) works.
スマートバンド型 — Xiaomi Smart Band（Mi Band）系Smart band — Xiaomi Smart Band (Mi Band) series普段使い◎DAILY WEAR
時計や通知も使えるので普段使いと兼用できます。充電の持ちもそこそこ。心拍計を単品で買うのと値段は大きく変わりません。使うときはバンド本体の操作で設定 → 心拍数を共有 → オンにする必要があります（機種により文言が異なる場合があります）。
Doubles as an everyday watch with notifications, and battery life is decent. Costs about the same as a dedicated monitor. To use it, on the band itself turn on Settings → Share heart rate (wording varies by model).
